Return Policy

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, please note the following terms apply.

1. Return must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. The items must have not been used in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging, and the receipt.

3. In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a gift Voucher/credit note can be issued to you.

4. Please note that we will not make a refund on any goods that have been damaged or washed.

5. The refund policy is only applicable to those items purchased from Reetdecor.com catalog / Website/Phone / Mail Ordering only.

6. Payments for refunds will be made by Account Transfer as per details.

7. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

8. You will be contacted as soon as you raise a return complaint ticket by Email or Voice Call.
